The first edition of the Moving Balkans Contemporary Dance Showcase has come to a powerful close! From 10–13 May 2025, in Ljubljana, Rijeka and Zagreb, we proudly presented an exciting lineup of contemporary dance performances, connecting regional talent with international presenters, curators, and dance professionals.

Over the course of four vibrant days, nearly 200 participants took part in the showcase that featured 10 performances and 6 Dance Scape pitches by emerging and established artists from across the Balkans. We are deeply grateful to all the artistsdelegatespartners, and supporters, who made this showcase such a success. Your presence, energy, and enthusiasm brought this initiative to life and strengthened our collective regional platform.
